Journey & Background Mina Maged’s journey in the world of innovation and business began early. Armed with a background in mechatronics and aerospace engineering, he spent his youth solving complex problems through technology and science. By the age of 20, he had participated in international engineering competitions and earned several awards for his inventive projects. Notably, he developed the world’s smallest indoor firefighting helicopter and a smart safety net for airplane passengers, pioneering solutions aimed at saving lives . He obtained a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and pursued an MBA to strengthen his foundation in management and strategy. By 2015, he joined the Better World Foundation – Egypt’s first and a top-10 Middle Eastern development NGO – as a Research and Development Manager. In this role, he honed his skills in project design, partnership building, and community impact. His tenure at Better World was capped by being named its youngest and one of its most accomplished researchers, setting the stage for a career devoted to growth and learning. He served as Business Director at an international digital agency (DM Cloud), where he set up business operations and guided a creative team. In 2017, he co-founded and became Director of BUinspire, a full-service business solutions agency. There, he managed day-to-day operations and led cross-functional teams in marketing and sales, directly overseeing more than 200 client projects in just four years. His leadership at BUinspire helped dozens of startups and SMEs launch successfully, enter new markets, and accelerate their growth. By 2020, Mina took on the role of Operations Manager (acting GM) at Golden Eagle (UAE), one of the Middle East’s largest food import/export enterprises. He optimized Golden Eagle’s supply chain, streamlined its operational workflows, and coordinated international logistics – experience that further expanded his global business acumen. As of 2023, Mina is the Manager at Ziada DC (Dubai), a firm specializing in company formation and document clearing services. In this capacity, he helps entrepreneurs establish companies in the UAE and expand into new regions, leveraging his in-depth knowledge of local regulations and opportunities.
